  Do not buy from this seller. I purchased a Bernina sewing machine, which they improperly packed, so that when it arrived, it was broken and nonfunctional. She agreed to a return, apologized profusely, and now after shipping the machine back to her, her husband replied that they will be refusing to accept the package and will no longer issue a refund. Their story has changed multiple times throughout this fiasco. It has been a big hassle and I caution others not to buy from them.

  Buyer waited 36 days to return the machine. I refunded anyway, even though ebay said I didn't have to after 30 days. He waited so long to return, I could no longer file a damage claim with UPS. Seller beware.
