It is unused, new at a price much less than new. I haven't used it but I know its capability

Title says it all
The books gives precise steps on dehydrating a wide variety of foods and goes further by providing recipes that were designed especially to use those foods.

very light weight and flimzy
The description should be more detailed. I used them as a template to make sturdy ones out of thicker steel.
