  I bought a "Pink Colorful WOOL SWEATER Long Sleeve Size Small" from the seller. It shipped late and I got it over 2 weeks later. When I received it, the sweater's label read: 50% acrylic, 30% polyester, 14% nylon, 6% wool ---- To describe this sweater as "wool" is completely wrong and misleading. I have no need for non wool sweaters. I contacted the seller multiple times for address to send it back with no response. Awful!!! Buyers beware!!!

  The sweater tag said wool. I offered buyer a full refund and let the buyer keep the sweater.

  After not hearing from the seller, I contacted eBay customer service, showed them the details of my order including the late delivery and photos of the label and original post - they immediately issued me a refund. About ten minutes later, I finally received an email from the seller telling me they would issue me a full refund and to keep the sweater because they didn't want to give me a packing return slip (even though I'd rather send it back). In the end it all worked out.

  The shirt is of good quality, the right brand, and the correct size as described in the listing. However, the seller did not wash it thoroughly before shipping. The shirt is covered in hair, dust, and lint. Although it is a second-hand item, it should still be cleaned properly before shipping, as this reflects a respect for the customer

  Hello. This has to be dry cleaned which can cost $$$. You do not wash these type of fabric. This item was only worn once and kept in the storage and shipped it in a very good condition.
