Amazing game with amazing graphics, engaging gameplay, and hours of content!
Easily one of the best games on Nintendo Switch, which is saying something when taking its library into account. The characters are entertaining, the story is engaging, if perhaps a little simplistic, and the pacing is masterful. The gameplay is the perfect combination of strategic and cozy, aided by the amazing graphics and wonderful music. The side content, including Mission Mode, complete with stages that were DLC in the Wii U version of the title, and the new side stories provide a near-infinite level of replayability rarely seen in games nowadays. If you have never played a PIkmin game before, while I personally would recommend starting with the PIkmin 1+2 collection, Pikmin 3 Deluxe is self-contained enough to be a perfect starting point for anyone looking to get into the series. If you like cozy atmospheres, brain-wracking strategy, and adorable creatures, I would highly recommend giving Pikmin 3 Deluxe a shot.
