2 of 2 found this helpful It's made to be tough and enduring and does what it says! I put it to the test myself and was amazed at the results! Awesome tool for safety and for alerting others if your in need of help! Also if one needs it could even be used for self defense because it will pierce your eardrums with it's high pitch whistle!
