We are NPIP Certified Clean here in West Virginia's beautiful Lakes and Mountains near Summersville! 100% dedicated to selectively breeding some of the world's rarest chickens, including Laughing Chickens (Ayam Ketawa), Sanjak Longcrowers, Ayam Cemani (GOTH) Chickens.. We DO believe in sending birds to freezer camp to give YOU the best birds possible. ALL our birds free-range on pastures that NEVER see pesticides. In winter, in particular, you WILL see a little mud on your eggs. It gets pretty swampy around here at times, and I can't get the birds to wipe their feet before they go into the nest-boxes and start turning the eggs! We aim to ship eggs in a timely fashion, but you may have to wait a few days for your eggs, as these rare breeds are NOT consistent layers. We ship USPS Priority Mail. Boxes are VERY well labelled, and I strive to be the best at what I do in this department. IF you get extra eggs, it is because we HAVE extra. Please read the DESCRIPTIONS for each auction!

OK, with hatching "All-Black" Ayam Cemani Rooster, it really is the luck of the draw as I explain on the auction page, AND on the sheet I send out. Any pink toes ALWAYS turn black after the first molt. It seems, no matter how many roosters we cull, you will always get some degree of "deviation"BUT any White wing feathers DO end up black after that first molt. Hens ALWAYS end up black!

Received 10 eggs on the 5th day after hatching (due to shipping and us living in the country). I let them rest one day before putting them in the incubator. Nineteen days later we got two healthy babies and the next day we got six more! EIGHT gorgeous black baby Ayam Cemanis. She got chicks with grey mouths (pretty usual) and they also had white toes (these DO turn black) but you got beautiful chicks - all black! Beautiful and Well Done on the great hatch rate too! They are supposed to be dual purpose. Meat and eggs.. but they are WAY too sweet to kill! JUST lost our oldest hen, Veronica.. she was 5.. to water belly 😭
