6 of 6 found this helpful This wrap is a dry wrap. It does not have the adherence to stick to your body while wrapping it with plastic wrap so it is very difficult to hold the wrap and then wrap your body with plastic wrap especially the abdominal area.
If your body does not produce enough moisture for this product to become warm it will not work
