Love 'em
Good grip, lightweight, love them. I used a small amount of dishsoap and warm water to get them on. It dries and they stay on. Without this little trick they'd be tough to get on.

Great Sound Quality
Replaced a behringer with more channels with this just for personal in-ear monitor for band musicians. The sound quality improvement is noticeable. If you just need basically 1 or 2 channels and basic gain/pan/volume, and need to maintain signal quality this is great. I was sending a fantastic monitor signal into a behringer and trashing it up, now i'm maintaining that quality.
