Good brand and good value if you want Cod Liver Oil without the taste, but does it help health?
1 of 1 found this helpful I have used this product almost daily since February, 2015, on the recommendation of a fellow cyclist who believed that Cod Liver Oil was making her a stronger cyclist. My mother used to give me a tablespoon of foul-tasting cod liver oil every day as a very young child till I rebelled against it, so I thought I would try it again as an old man'. I currently experienced no benefits but, no bad effects either. I have no issues with the brand. This formulation is odorless and tasteless and pleasant to swallow. I just can't see any reason to take it personally among all my other pills unless a doctor recommends it.

GU Roctane Blueberry/Pomegranate
I have been a GU user for 25 years as a runner, hiker, and cyclist, but until this year, I hadn't heard of GU Roctane, which I now know is even better! I especially recommend the Blueberry/Pomegranate flavor if you want more caffeine than is in regular Vanilla Bean or Espresso GU. Most other flavors of GU Roctane don't have caffeine.
My introduction to GU Roctane happened as a cyclist just below the top of Mt Diablo,CA. I was recovering from an injury, so this was my first attempt at cycling up the mountain again. I was so exhausted when I reached the big parking lot below the summit that I had to lie down on a bench for about 10 minutes. I had run out of GU and gummy bears, and didn't know how I was going to be able to climb the short 17% slope to the top. My buddy offered me a GU/Roctane Blueberry Pomegranate. Just five minutes after consuming that, I was able to cycle up to the summit and down the mountain. On arriving home, I ordered a box of 24 of that flavor and am now on my fourth box of 24. It really works for me whether cycling, hiking, or walking! It boosts my energy quickly. I always carry a small plastic envelope to put the sticky package in after use so as not to litter the scenic countryside.

Knog Blinder is a terrific safety product for cyclists, and there is a fix for broken straps
I have bought 7 different Knog Blinder bicycle lights over a period of several years and love their brightness, ease of use, light weight, and the fact they can be easily recharged. However, the weakness is the strap, which breaks after about a year of steady removal and replacement on a bike. So I bought four different units before I found a website that taught me how to cheaply repair a broken mounting strap with an O ring and a Zip tie. See:
"Knog Blinder—How to Fix Broken Mounting Strap." . But even with a broken strap, a white Knog Blinder makes a great pocket flashlight.
