Best multi-mineral yet
Just what I needed, made a noticeable difference. I take only one tablet a day.
Multi-minerals are more useful than Multi-vitamins for vegetarians like me. I wish the manufacturer makes it easy to break it in half (with a deeper groove in the center, like a Kit Kat).
