No Consistent Performance
1 of 2 found this helpful Every time I try the Downy ball (perhaps because it was the cheapest one...) I never know what to expect. If I pull the ring taut it never opens. If I pull the ring closed but only extremely gently it may or may not work. If it does work there is always some blue Downy softener left in the bottle that often has leaked onto my clean wash!!! It's going in the trash. I will try again with the most expensive one. After all of this, I guess it is worth it..only if it works....
