Poor designing while manufacturing and no quality check at the time of complete product.
The product idea is ok but when you recieve it and try to assemble it. the problem lies there. The holes in shield and the points in the headset does not allign. No matter how you try it. If you force it, there is a risk of damage or breakage.

innovative wires joiner in junction boxes.
Happy to use it. easy to use it. some of the units were bad. the current was not flowing thru it, otherwise, it is very easy to join the wires.
