Bought this Weed eater on May 5th 2024, never used it until last week and it ran good for an hour, then started cutting out and quit. It has continued

Bought this Weed eater on May 5th 2024, never used it until last week and it ran good for an hour, then started cutting out and quit. It has continued to act up ever since then. Tried to use it today and it ran 3 minutes and quit. I pulled the air filter cover off and there wasn’t even an air filter in it. The end of return date looks like it was yesterday 6-9-24 of course it’s the day after it runs out that it completely dies. Would like to return for a full refund.
