  Excellent scissors and even better customer service. My first pair got damaged during shipping and I reached out to them and they responded very fast and sent me a replacement pair which was packed much better. I now got 2 pairs of scissors from them and could not be happier and will be buying a couple more pairs in different styles. I will say again exellent customer service.
