Nice replacement, saved a bundle on repair costs.
When my garage door opener stopped working, I popped off the cover and saw my old gear was shredded. I Googled some opener repair videos and came across one that was similar to mine, and showed how to replace the gear, which looked fairly minimal if you are somewhat handy. New part is in place and opener is working like new.
