The product it’s self is great but I have a problem with being told it’s been posted when it clearly hasn’t.
It does not take over a week to go from Melbourne to Daylesford. Even over the holiday period.

Instructions/manual
Whilst the product itself is of reasonably good quality it’s manual, instructions & backup service/parts, leave a lot to be desired.
The manual is generic for all their filters & pumps & because their written by non English speaking countries, they are very confusing.
Instructions are gobbledegook.
It might as well have been written by a chimpanzee.
Basically you have to work it out yourself.
Good luck with it.
