THIS BUYER DESERVES NEGATIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They left Neutral feedback because they took issue with the shade of Gray the bag was. So incredibly stupid of them. Ask for more pictures. But no, this buyer wanted this bag for a cheaper price or for me the seller to pay for shipping, when I politely said that I wasn't going to be able to, I should have blocked them right away. They were trouble!! Dishonest buyer, lies in feedback because they didn't get a cheaper price or free shipping.

On / off button

This product has a decent sound, but the headphone itself is poorly design, the on/off button is sitting right on top and if you move ur neck slight down mostly likely you are going to lose your call. I also find that part of the problem could be that it is a little short which does not help where the on/0ff button position right under chin, constantly have to keep positioning, not worth the full price LG has it price for. I feel it is definitely over priced for that reason alone.

Fast shipping, although have not set it up yet, weather is warm now so did not rush to have it set up. It looks as described and again and hope that it works when everything is set and connected., but so far from what I observed from the item in the box, everything seems to be intact. So excellent I shall give for now.
