Company won't stand behind their product

Bought a set of 4 from a company they had less than 50 miles on them one developed a huge spot over half way around the tire. Talked to the Goodyear that Installed them they said manufactures defect they should warranty it out not a problem did they nope I was just out more money the set cost me $223 and one by its self cost me $84 they didn't even give it to me at the cost of the set
