    AT&T EL52319 New Handset and Charging Cradle with Battery works

    Phone does not work!
    it does not work. i have connected it to the base that all the other phones are connected to and it doesn't work. i unplugged it and took the battery out as suggested and it still does not work. i made sure i got the same model number as the other phones, and it does not work. i talked to the lady where i originally bought the other phones and she told me as long as it got the same model, it would work. wrong!
