The chain broke at the thread end of the chain on first use ! I am disappointed in the product and will not buy again

2 of 2 found this helpful A good product. Slightly difficult to set up and bond with main display unit. My issue is I purchased the original unit with the understanding the outdoor sensor was included. It was not and I feel slightly deceived. I would not have purchased the main unit if I had known I had to purchase this separately.
