A disappointment

I bought the whole kit to get the new regulator.... then after about a month the regulator just quits working . So I just kept the rest of the kit and went back to my older regulator... Dont have a clue as to why this brand new tool just quit....

wrong valve, not one for a water softener broke the valve trying to make work.... got screwed
