Was NOT Brand New as advertised
0 of 2 found this helpful It's probably fine, but the sender included the wrong power cable and it doesn't fit in the light strip. I tried a different power cable from a friends setup and it worked fine. I'm screwed because you can't buy just the 1.5 meter power cord and Philips support won't help, because I bought it off from eBay, which I should have never done.
It actually appears that when they sold it to me they actually packed the power cord from the sync box, which matches exactly, but doesn't work with the gradient light strip.
