Good figure, but not without faults.
Good product at retail price. Id probably be underwhelmed if I had paid more than that. Im can't help compare it to stormtroopers and, in that, the patrol trooper does some things better.
Likes
- Love the design of the base and the armour. Green visor is more evident than stormtrooper and provides a nice contrast to the white and black.
- Weathering and paint details are good.
- some improved articulation compared to storm troopers. The shoulders are disconnected from the torso (both the under clothing and shoulder pads are separate unlike stormtroopers). This reduces some stress when posing.
Dislikes
- Articulation is still limited by the armor. No ab crunch or waist swivel. Shoulder pads, although separate, still limit how high the arm can be raised.
- Light on accessories, but I fault the movie for not doing more with this interesting trooper.
- The sleeves are rubber and baggy....a weird feel and quality.
Overall, Im happy to add this to my collection.
