Part is rusty, missing seals, still has destroyed bearing pressed race inside

Part is missing one brake pad seal, still has destroyed bearing pressed-in race inside and bores for the replacement bearings are damaged, dinged and dented. Part is rusty and appears to have been stored without any rust preventative. Part will require rework if it will even be able to be used. Seller's only note on the listing: “may need bearings. Otherwise in Great working condition.”
