1 of 1 found this helpful Nice fan but a couple draw backs for my usage.
1. although the height was clearly stated(4Ft) it is much shorter operationally than I thought for usage.
2. the remote works but must be in direct line of sight for it to work. don't know must be infrared rather than radio wave. I wanted to be able to turn it on/off in basement from upstairs.
These items were my fault for not reseaching better. not a failure of the fan.
The fan has nice control features. timer is nice. speeds work fine remote is great in in line of sight.
