poorly design/buuilt unit
0 of 2 found this helpful I am a design engineer by profession. The smoker funnel is design very poorly. I have spend more time helping the funnel to pushing wood chip to the burner. Overtime it gets worst as creosol builds
up on the walls making harder for wood chip to come down freely to the base of the funnel.
The funnel is not maximize to its potential capacity and masterbuilt engineer could have come up
with a better design to hold more wood chip. There is so much space not utilized.
It does not produce adequate smoke resulting to all these.
I have redesign the internal system of the smoker and have the fab shop put together. Finally I start smoking better and I was able to hold more wood chips in my smoker.
I also provided a better air flow through the unit by adding few vents all around,
