It WORKS!
My wife uses it all the time since we got it and LOVES the size, the softness of the cover, and the temp. settings. WE hope it lasts for a very long time!! If not we will gust get another one.

No carry handle on soft case.
It is good for a soft case that will keep the speaker clean, but for $2.00 more or so you can get one that has a carry handle and is a hard case.

OK for what it is and it looks fancy.
I bought this brand because my wife wanted it. We had the mod. down from this one and she wanted one that held more water and had more size choices. I was able to pick a new one up on Ebay for much lower than from Costco. I find that the Tassimo is a much better brand as it does more, takes up less room, lighter, easier to refill, holds more water dollar for dollar, ready to make your coffee the moment it is turned on, and no water stored in the machine to get stale or freeze if you store the machine.
