A great workout that will you hurt, but see results.
Never underestimate anything of Billy Blanks. He will push you to the core of your being in order to have you become stronger. This collection is really awesome to follow. I love to pick up a new programming every day and just go with it, and try to survive it. A great workout for those who are not afraid to huff, puff, and sweat buckets.

Music that is as enchanting as it is fantastic!!!
This music gave me goosbumps in every track. It is as if we were right there during the broadway musical.
It is truly a fantastic piece of work. Thank you Phil Collins for having created such lasting lyrics and music to go with it.
