Looks like Bluetooth and can hear very well
1 of 1 found this helpful Received really fast and I love it! People including my doctor thought it was a Bluetooth. I can hear very well with it and I found out that I could also use the 312 hearing aid batteries with it to get longer wear. I cut around the edges of the part that goes in the ear so that it could fit better. I’ve had several of the older models that came with a rechargeable unit that is how I knew to do this to get a better fit! I loved those as well and they usually lasted 1 1/2 to 2 years. Hope this one does too! They were Bell & Howell too.So far I’m very impressed and will order this product again!
