It Works, But Could Be Better
It's too bad the M14 is limited by only USB-C connectors and doesn't have at least HDMI for older systems. I was almost going to return it as I had no laptops that would work with it, but it just so happened my old laptop had to be replaced and now I have a modern laptop that supports the USB-C connection for this monitor.
Also, though it comes with a soft case I would have preferred more of a hard clamshell case/stand that I could folder over the screen to protect it better.
