In Depth and Very Detailed!
Well, I wrote the book, so of course I highly recommend it! Seriously though, it was my first published book, and is out of print now, so if you come across it, by all means get it! It starts out covering some of the basic theories and principles of this art, then goes right into showing practical application on the street. If you are seriously interested in the fighting art of the late Bruce Lee, you will love this book!

LOVE THESE SHOES!!!
I am a professional martial arts instructor. We are a reality based system, so we train with shoes on! These are without a doubt some of the best shoes that I have ever found to wear while teaching! They are extremely light and very comfortable. Good support and good heel padding. Will I order more? DEFINITELY!

Amazing Book!!!
Excellent book! An authentic representation of Bruce Lee's art of Jeet Kune Do!
