I recieved the shipping package sealed and unopened. When I opened the package the turbo tax package did not have the normal dot seal the software normally has. I opened the the software packet the security strip was pulled and the download information and the activation key was gone. When I contacted the seller I indicated that I was retired and I needed the software or a refund. He sent back a message indicating the maybe my family was messing with me. He said I was to old and a liar.
