Incredible Pre-Filter Filter Once You Get Your System Setup
This cyclonic container does what it is supposed to - capture and trap debris effectively and efficiently. With this unit inline with a Rigid Shop-Vac I was able to pick up drywall dust, 3/4" OSB remnants after demo and cutting, small nails, dried caulking strips, and pretty much anything I threw at it. Somehow the internal filter in my Rigid came off at some point and while I noticed dust in the air, it actually took me a while to figure out I wasn't even filtering the air leaving the Dust Deputy! I had easily been through 2 filters for similar workload before finding this online. There was around 3" of debris in the bucket by then. It is clumsy to mount and move around, but I can't really fault the product itself as if it was smaller, it would not be effective. Going the 5-Gallon route meant Oneida could give us 100% functionality without a $300 price tag for R&D, materials, and manufacturing. $100 buys me 8 filters and I would still be left with the time, inconvenience, and health issues with frequently swapping the filter. I used a ratcheting tie-down to secure it to my shopvac in lieu of mounting on casters.. it's easier to move locations, but has a short range with the current hose I use. I would recommend buying another extension hose to avoid needing to move the shopvac around so much. Love the product enough to write this review.

Delcast Soldering Iron TIp Tinner Activator Cleaner

Excellent product that truly does restore iron tips in seconds. Can't recommend it enough.
Completely shocked by this product. A few rogue hand movements had wire jacket residue on a tip and 'tinning' with solder was a useless endeavor. Almost forgot I ordered this tinner/activator & really didn't have much expectation on what it would do. The first dip in the jar displaced the residue and oxidation build-up on half the tip, leaving what can only be described as a 'like new' surface on the iron. A couple more dives in and it was completely brought back to life. Wiping on a damp sponge helped things along with a final dip to finsh up. Tip efficiency was drastic as was solder characteristics between the iron and target joints. AMAZING!
