Not watertight.
Being listed as a "Marine" product, it should be watertight. Unless covered it will allow rain water to flow into the box. For the price it should be watertight.

Not. a direct fit. Opening has to be enlarged to fit. 4 mounting points instead of 5 and in different locations. Again new cut outs are needed.
Not a direct drop in fit. Lots of modification to the counter top to make it fit.
