Okay for small men
Good for someone small the shaft is tooooo narrow cant get much more than the head in fills great though but couldn't really fit

Good product
Great product, shipping is A+, strong and durable I use them in my garage for under my weight benches and there perfect intentions from weights leave over time I've had them for almost two mths had to purchase multiple sets to fit my home gym was a lol upset about the price jump and the fact as a repeat customer I should have gotten a multiple discount or something as appreciation..... but yeah I thought I would have needed something thicker for weights but they are fine....
