Profoundly helpful.
Had this from the library and wanted a forever copy. Book was in better shape than advertised. I tried the audiobook but he talks too fast for me. Wonderful content!

One sweet disc
Outstanding performance, I bought it for "Rescue," but was delighted with the other songs. This version of "Rescue" is extended and fantastic. My only problem is with the audience. If I would have been there I would have been more excited than they were. I recomend this to anyone who enjoys music, not just christian music. Solid musicians, strong vocals, it's all here. This is my favorite christian band.

Very important book.
Well researched text, very helpful with anxiety issues.Very down to earth, even with the physiological information. I had read it from the library and wanted my own copy. The book I received was in better shape than the description indicated.
