Sounds great!
The quality of the sound is excellent. I'm replacing an older one that doesn't get good reception any more indoors. Outside is great. I always have a project going somewhere and take it with me outside, in the kitchen, and wherever I'm working.

The flashlight works just fine, but there's no alarm at all.
I was thinking of my daughter when I purchased these alarms. She is handicapped and very pregnant and lives in a very rough town. I read the reviews about these alarms and believed that they could be loud enough to scare potential attackers away. I purchased 3 -- 1 for myself, one for my 11 year old son, and one for my daughter. I received them today and the flashlight works, but there is absolutely no alarm. There is a circular design on the side that looks like a big button, but it doesn't move. I'm furious! I want my money back.

No more ants!
We live in the high desert. So do a LOT of ants. We have a small garden and they are eating what we plant! We have a grapevine and I went out 2 days ago and found about 50 ants inside each grape! The birds like to eat the ant-filled grapes. We don't get any! It's disgusting to get up in the morning and find my kitchen crawling with the critters. Or my bathroom. I think they're looking for water because it's hot here in the summertime and we don't get much rain. The ant spray does a spectacular job. We make sure to spray their trail so they can't find their way back to the house or to the garden.
