I've had the Fiskars x27 and found that axe way too long, so much so that I was just wasting energy. This A2400 axe is much shorter and in turn, my aim is way better. It's also a better built axe in that it includes overstrike protection. The composite material also feels more substantial. Lastly, the hardened poll is another added feature for driving alloy splitting wedges or plastic felling wedges.

Good lightweight chainsaw. It binds up quite easily if you put too much pressure on it, but it's an 18v tool so it's what I expected. Takes some use to understand how best to guide it as to limit grabbiness of the chain or stalling. The most important things for me was that it was light and portable and powerful enough. Just what I need for processing limbs for chipper and small limb cleanup jobs around the yard.
