8 of 8 found this helpful I love the way these taste. It's better than swallowing a pill. I noticed some results while taking biotin. My hair wouldn't grow on one side but biotin did the trick. I don't know go good they are for skin and nails since I naturally have good skin and my nails grow fast on their own. But if you want your hair to grow I recommend these.
