Good watch to set and forget
This watch has pretty much everything you would want and then some. It does have a backlight that activates with a side button. The lume is good in the dark. Be prepared that this is a LARGE watch but that is the style right now anyway. Given the size be prepared that it is heavy. The only thing that would be better would be a sapphire crystal.

Good watch at a good price
I recommend this model. It has many functions that are all working. Th only thing that could make it better is to get the Titanium model but it costs considerably more. It can be challenging to set up at first but there are plenty of instructions on how to do that. It syncs by the radio every night so it keeps perfect time.

Good bright light
I got this light for use on a 48" 120 gallon planted freshwater aquarium. It fits and works well so far. I do recommend adding a second smaller light if you have a heavily planted tank. I got this light thinking it was timer compatible but it is not. Get model #301079910410 if you plan to add the timer and that model will need 2 timers total (1 for each bank of lights). If you get this light you will need to add your own external timers.
