Great to sleep on at lower temperatures!
My wife & I have been sleeping on this Queen sized mat placed on our bed for almost 11 months, and the quality of our sleep has improved dramatically. We are addicted to the gentle heat it provides. It has very precise dual heating controls, so each person can choose the temperature they prefer. I like that the controls automatically turn off after 12hrs so it will turn itself off if you forget to turn off the power toggle switch. It does tend to move about and get mis-aligned with the mattress underneath it, so I have improvised with a pair of heavy duty elastic suspenders placed under the mattress and clipped to the edges of the mat - which has helped hold it in place much better.

0 of 1 found this helpful I would not have known that this Tea existed had I not read about in the book "Tea Sommelier". Curiosity caused me to try it - and I am impressed with the taste, the quality and the number of infusions that can be extracted from a small pinch of dehydrated leaves. The leaves swell up at least 200% when they marinate in boiling hot water for only one minute - so allow room for this to take place. I see why the Mongolians are so crazy about this product.

Heavenly Rest! It is almost like being hugged by an angel
Large enough to completely cover our queen size far infrared therapy mat and heavy enough to have it remain in place while my wife & I experience heavenly rest simultaneously. It also allows the mat underneath it to preheat faster and remain at the selected temperature more easily. I usually fall asleep in minutes from the heat from below and the uniform pressure of the luxurious weighted mat above. I use it almost daily for about 2 hours before going to bed. soothes sore muscles and relaxes the body.
We previously had a 20lb 60x80 queen size weighted mat we used for years that did not work near as well as this one, and was not near as soft.
