Great for moderate support
While I would not wear these for heavy bench press sessions (I rely on my EliteFTS Kraits which provide better casting), they are perfect for general/moderate support while doing assistance exercises such as flys, barbel curls, as well as squats.

No brainer upgrade
This is the clip the knife should have come with from the manufacturer! It even matches the overall knife finish better than OEM.
