Wrong charger for free

The supplied charger was not correct for the en-el19 battery. The seller refunded all my money as the supplier in China had sent them incorrect chargers, the whole batch was the same. They did the right thing and I ended up with 2 free batteries. So I gave them good feedback for their ethics. I still need a charger

Great Mirror for the Price

The good: Fitted perfectly, good adhesive tape. Price was very good as was postage The bad: Slight chip on the edge from poor packing. So much cheaper than an OEM VW part though!
