On and off
It seems to work on and off. I can access it only when I am close to the lock and in my garage. Also the range does not seem very far. I cannot access it sitting in my driveway. I like the ease of using it when it is working.

Confusing unit
1 of 1 found this helpful Did not have a chance to use unit because inserting the battery is difficult to achieve because there is no clear illustration of how and where to insert. Tried several times-- difficult if not impossible with nails. As of this review, have put the unit in the case and wrote it off as a bad purchase.
