  So I was sent the wrong book, and normally that would be a negative experience, but the seller immediately messaged me back and gave me an automatic refund while still letting me keep the book. I've gotten the wrong thing from other sellers in the past, but the resolution always took forever. So I was shocked at how easy this was.
