This book works & I know I will beging weighing less soon!
1 of 1 found this helpful I call this method a combo of self-hypnosis and accupressure. I had it done years ago by a psych. and it worked (for $150.00 per session). This book lays out the method for you in a very simple-to-follow way. I was having and continue to have anxiety issues. Before I even began tapping, I noticed my mind began "shifting," just by reading. I now feel I am in control and know I can get through situations without depending on drugs.
