Makes hair shiny too!
Been using this and other Garnier skin products for the last year and am very pleased. Others that I have tried made me breakout, and this line does not. I order it in multiples because I use it day and night after cleansing. By mistake, I put some on my wet hair before blow drying and was surprised to see how shiny it was. Dry it!
