Doesn't cover the electrical box
If you have illuminated switches, this will strobe when the switch is off. Gives good light when it's on but only sticks out from the wall about 3". I wanted to illuminate my stairwell with this and there was a substantial shadow on the steps because the fixture doesn't protrude out far enough. There should be some sort of backing plate that covers the exposed electrical wires in the box it attaches to.

I've never had one fail. I bought a couple more because one is never enough! Great product.

I highly recommend this patchbay
I bought the Bittree patchbays for a recording studio I spent 8 years building. My analog board only has 24 inputs and with 40 mic. jacks plus balanced line inputs I needed a way to change configurations without crawling behind gear to re-cable. I have the full-normalled version for my wall jacks, half-normalled for my recording interface I/O's, monitors, headphone outputs,etc. Lastly I have a non-normalled patchbay for external effects, EQ's, compressors, and premium mic. pre's. The Bittree patchbays are exceptional, and with the EDAC E3 connectors I can change the configuration when I change hardware. I highly recommend this patchbay.
