A true fine point
These Pilot 0.38mm fine point pens are my idea of a fine point. The 0.7mm pens often sold as fine points aren't fine enough for my purposes so I'm glad I was able to buy these 0.38mm tipped pens. The ink is bold, doesn't bleed, and is easy to write with. Not as water resistant as a regular ball-point though.

Well made and can get into tight spots.
Excellent flush cuts of tie-wraps and soft copper. Expensive but very well made.
