The real Sonicare
Unfortunately one still has to shell out the big bucks to buy the real Philips product. I used some cheaper knock-offs called Sonimart for a while, but they were too soft in my opinion and also the inner part got stuck on the Philips toothbrush in several ocasions. It just is a different quality.
